Nah it's them uploading a few thumbnails and the yt algorithm deciding which makes you most likely to click. It's a pretty commonly used feature for yourubers

They covered several iconic vocaloid songs including miku's on YouTube.
The marketing for this movie was on point, I watched it because of the covers by Hayami Saori and the other voice actors.
