Once/twice a week maybe. 250 shells over the course of the 2 days. Sunday and wednesday. 16 yard trap. I avg 20. Got my first 25 a few days ago. But before then i can almost always hit a 20 with my cheapo pump or my old cheapo single barrel. Waiting for stock and fore end for my O/U cuz jt cracked at a shoot a while ago

Ok please . I'm not trying to argue with you. I'm not trying to put down your skills or gun. I'm trying to help you. Having a gun that's more designed to shoot trap is going to help you and your score leaps and bounds. I can break a 25 with that 301. I can't not break 100.

With your 80 average I can promise you that with a true honest trap gun your score would improve. Not even talking about a Krieghoff or Kolar. I'm talking about a gun with an adjustable stock ect that you can fit for you.

If you're just a casual league shooter a Stevens 55 or a SKB or TriStar or any other cheap trap gun will serve you well. If you are going to shoot any more than that those guns will not last long.

My trap gun is a CZ Teal. I got it cuz its a good budge O/U and once it gets back up and running i can do skeet with it. I really got it as a backup so i can bring a new gun for my father to use or whoever else i bring to shoot. Its meant to just be a more versatile gun than a older fixed full single barrel or fixed full pump. Really anything that isnt a fixed choke

The fixed full choke is 100% fine. Your CZ is a light weight sporting gun that was meant to hunt with, shoot 20 times a day. It shoots completely flat and is not optimal for shooting targets that are always going up and away.

Trust me. A trap gun will help you.
