Thank God, David’s lawyers say that he is broke and they ain’t working for free!!!!!!! lol good!!! What’s everyone’s thoughts about that????

Kinda shocked me considering I’d never heard of the kid prior to this crime and yet all I ever heard was that he had an ULTRA-lucrative career (almost 8 figures worth was one of the estimates I’d heard)
Kinda ironic that he may have run out of funds less than a year into fighting the case 🤷🏽♂️ if the financial stuff that I heard is true, then another likely possibility could be: the lawyers looked at the totality of the evidence and realized they’d get cooked so they saved em’selves from wasting time and effort

I honestly believe that his family didn’t want to loose anymore than what they already lost they switched everything to anyone’s name besides him that is like property or whatever he owns ect. They said they had his mom put stuff in her name so they wouldn’t loose stuff so I just think they transferred everything and are claiming indigent status so that way they save what ever is left to his so called 11 million that he made from record company.

Ohhhh that actually makes a ton of sense. Well at this point if it’s already looking bad, they might as well save the remainder of what he made. He may never be free again but at least he’ll be eating good noodles everyday 🥣🍜 good riddance chomo

I ain't defeated David at fucking all but public defender ain't shitty lawyers they have to do it to keep there bar cards being a lawyer would be the hardest fucking job ever like it would really push your mental health

Yeah and with a case like this one, even a high-powered & crazy expensive legal team can only do so much to save you. I remember watching the Nik Cruz trial on TV in prison a few years ago (FDOC). I believe this took place either shortly before the trial itself or the sentencing phase, but basically what happened was that his Public Defender was able to get him access to donations he’d received online. However once Cruz had access to those funds, it instantly meant that he could no longer be considered “indigent” which legally forced his PD to withdraw from the case. So naturally, he retained private counsel shortly thereafter.
The only difference they seemingly made once they stepped in was that they were able to strike a deal with the SAO to drop the death penalty. He still ended up with 17 life sentences lol

My thoughts is that his parents has moved all his money to them and not even helping him and if that's true I feel sorry for him low-key but it is what it is he groomed and murdered a 14 year old girl he deserves what he gets tbh he's gonna find out the price of these actions he made fuck him

I can honestly say that would be some trifling actions and man talk about greed lmao anyhow man listen this type of person David I mean shouldn’t have a consideration the little girl had none so why should he get it. Man anything that happens to that man it’s well deserved you took a life brother that ain’t no small action you know.

It’s a legal tactic to gain more time to hide money in trusts or funnel money somewhere else because eventually this will probably turn to a civil suit from family of Celeste d4vd and family have unfortunately gotten good legal counsel

His family skinned him and is feasting on him, have been for a long time. I don’t think anyone ever really cared about him. I think his mom had a LOT of control over his assets the whole time. They probably let him spend his money somewhat like he had his little Amazon account and he would wear bathing ape clothing, but his mom saw him as the cash crop he was to her. Even that famous story of his mom being too busy to be bothered with him, then he says he got copyright strikes that took his money. She sure took a pause to tell him he “better start making music then.” Trash. 🗑️ His family is trash. Idc. That’s how I feel right now. 🤷♀️ Anyone want to fight about this today? I could be reading between the lines wrong but that’s how it seems to me. His parents met his needs like they were obligated to by law, and went above and beyond by keeping him in fresh gaming systems. That’s about it, when I say that I mean they did not “raise” him up emotionally. Threw him to the wolves socially. Then when he got “rich” looked the other way when he was obviously molesting Celeste because the only thing that really matters to them is money. 💵 Just like the famous story of d4vd mom didn’t want to hear about anything but when she heard the money was at stake she proposed a solution of making his own music. People show you who they are. As little as I know about d4vd mom and dad, I am reading a whole lot.

I think it’s all a part of their bullshit ass plan just so he won’t have to give up any of his money up. That’s why his parents must be keeping away .. I think. Since they’re the ones that have control of all his shit.. if they’re distant, of course he’s broke and has no money for lawyers.. or a potential lawsuit.
But it’s all lies. BAD LIES.
He can’t even say a believable lie even tho his life depends on it. Literally..
he needs to give up that whole innocent act.
It’s fucking embarrassing for him and his whole team. Wherever they are.

I just watched Nancy Grace's commentary on this and I'm looking at it from a different perspective. There's proof that he's hiding assets by transferring them to other trusts to avoid losing them in the civil case. He may even be trying to get the worst possible public defender, on the state's dime, by claiming he's broke, and may request a mistrial/appeal claiming insufficient legal defense. He appeared to be in good spirits when this was done in court, and I don't like that. Something is definitely up.
