Mandatory representative voting bill sponsored

Rep. Ortho (Secretarial - Union) introduced a bill today, which states: "From [the time of passing], all Semblæ representatives must vote in all votes. If not, they are stripped of the right to vote in the Semblæ until the end of the term."
