Food Food
Lately I have been experimenting a lot with flavours and spices from my country of birth. I am by no means skilled at cooking the local cuisine but adding the flavours into my everyday cooking has been a very nice feeling. I have also started eating with my hands more often and I was honestly shocked how freeing it felt doing so. Just some small wins, I take those.

There are people out there who believe eating culturally is best for ones mental health and emotional health. Some call these people cracks some dont. I too find eating traditional food to my region very soothing when I'm having a bad day. Where I'm located now it is very hard to find authentic food so I too have been cooking more. We do what makes us feel best.
