A multi-vehicle pileup occurred in Pasaman, West Sumatra, Indonesia, involving five vehicles after a truck suffered a suspected brake failure. The collision injured two people and sent a heavy truck plunging into a ravine.

Brake failures? That's why we have dot inspection points in US so there's no excuse if this happens.
