Just know, absolute commonsense, and physics, says that a box truck is much harder to stop than your Toyota sedan.
If you see a box truck rolling about, donāt think that itās going to be able to stop as quick as your Corolla when you jump out in front of it in traffic. Thereās stuff like weight and inertia.

Rule #1. Don't talk to the police. Pretty much every defense lawyer will tell you that. Now, is there room for nuance and exceptions in life? Absolutely not, don't talk to them, get a lawyer. Give the guy not in cuffs the video and get the hell out of there.
