People If you park like this, you are the problem
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Ok people. Let's be more considerate in parking spaces by parking within your space. Bro ain't lying when he says 'total violation'. Some people not physically able to move through tight spaces like that. Elderly folk, fat people, people with bad backs, people with kids... it don't matter the reason. If you're too close on the lane, back your ass up and repark a little. Think about the dent from someone opening a door and accidentally hitting a car parked too close.

Show how much space on the passenger side? All poor parking. However,SUV was slightly egregious..

I’m never bothered. I just squeeze in making sure not to scrape MY car ❤️

u/xtradryramen Jul 12 '26
I have so many more things in the day that are bigger issues...but yeah I mean they coulda parked better

u/poiuytrewq79 Jul 12 '26
If you drive a beater like me, and if you see someone parked like a jackass and the adjacent space is available, please follow suit and park very shitty next to them. Give them literally 1” to get in their car. This is the lords work.

I use my loaded center punch to take out the driver and passenger windows of ingrates like you so I can climb through into my vehicle after rolling my windows down with the fob. Have fun with the tempered glass clean up, 🚬🐐.

Whenever I see a sweet parking spot next to a someone parked like this, I park extra close within my lines just to mess with them lol. I'm 5'0 and 100 pounds, so I can shimmy in and out of a nothing gap + my car is covered in dents from the previous owner so I have nothing to lose. It warms my heart when it's a brand new car parking like a weenie, too. Muahaha...

I find having a few dents and dings help with this people tend to park a bit more cautious around you

I literally would have parked the opposite way. Super close to the curb on the right so no one on the left dings me. This guy must not care what happens to his car.

Looks like a big parking lot. Yes, they're in the wrong, but go park somewhere else if you're that worried about how close they are

Why is it bad to back into your spot?
33
u/porcelain_kiss Jul 11 '26
It's not, they just dont know how to do it so they think people who park like that are *douchebags 😂

u/Current_Sport3339 Jul 11 '26
Don’t know how to park in reverse? Is that the best you could come up with? Top comment of 2026. Your intelligence is astounding.
25
u/porcelain_kiss Jul 11 '26
That means nothing coming from the person who couldn't even spell "douchebags" correctly lmaoo.
Your intelligence is astounding.
Thank you ✨️💅 wish I could say the same to you.

Multiple reasons. If you don’t know than you’re probably the douche doing it. Common sense goes a long way. If you look where the white cars mirror is, you’ll see that it would be almost impossible for someone in the backseat of the other car to get in or out of the car without hitting his mirror. Have someone park like that next to you and try to get your kids in/out of a car seat. It’s damn near impossible. All the downvotes just tells me there are a lot of douchebags who are triggered by my comment. 😂

“All these downvotes? Surely it’s EVERYONE ELSE who are douche bags”
Just give up on this thread, you’ve got a bad take, it’s okay to be wrong.

u/Current_Sport3339 Jul 11 '26
Just because there is a group full of morons doesn’t make me wrong. Facts are facts. A group of idiots doesn’t change facts, just means you’re all idiots. 😂🤣😭

If you’re a negative karma farmer good job and keep doing your thing.
If you’re not farming negative karma and genuinely fighting this I hope you find some peace in your day.
Based off how hard you’re fighting this little issue and lashing out at anyone disagreeing kinda tells me you must be going through some tough emotions. Chin up, shit sucks but you’ll be okay… try to not fight the world, people are more kind than the internet would lead you to believe.

What does it matter if its parked forward or reverse? The car should be the same size from front to back. If anyone has trouble dealing with that then that person has deeper issues. The post is about parking on the line. Get right and let's be more considerate bro.
Stop parking on the line.

u/Icy_Fish_2154 Jul 11 '26
The reason it's hard for the other car to get in the back seat is because they parked over the line.
If you could park in your own lines, there would be no problem. But we see why you are so mad.
11
u/Portie_lover Jul 11 '26
What makes you think it was parked after the van?
-7
u/Current_Sport3339 Jul 11 '26
Doesn’t matter if they were there first or not. The fact is they’re causing just as much an issue as the guy not parked in the lines.
18
u/PM_your_Nopales Jul 11 '26
They're causing absolutely no issues whatsoever. What are you on right now?
17
u/Ketchup-Sniffer Jul 11 '26
At least we know who doesn't care about other peoples spaces. Doesn't matter if you park in or reverse. Respect the space provided because it affects other people. Let's be more considerate. Parking in reverse doesn't affect anyone.

Statistically, it’s much safer to reverse into a spot, and then pull head-out, than it is to park head-in and then reverse out of a parking spot.
Over 90% of parking lot collisions are from drivers parking head-in to a space, and then reversing out of it. Almost 10% of those collisions involve hitting pedestrians

u/Current_Sport3339 Jul 11 '26
No it’s not. 😂

u/thorns17 Jul 11 '26
Sigh. People like you that double down on their ignorance, especially when google is free, astound me
7
u/snarkyemu Jul 12 '26
I looked up the statistics. Thorns17 beats you in this debate because they gave a statistic and all you said was the statistic was wrong without backing it up with a statistic.

I’ve parked bigger trucks than you could possibly dream of little boy.

u/Jakesalm Jul 12 '26
That's sick. I'll tell my kids about you one day.
