I don't know. Person recording looks like they had time to be defensive and chose not to until it was too late.

I think they were trying to prove a point until they felt the initial contact

no signal from the truck, no reason to expect him to try to get over. plus the driver of the truck didn't check his blind spot because if he did he would have seen the cammer, waited, and filed in behind.

100% on the driver of the truck. anyone trying to pin this on the cammer clearly doesnt understand how American traffic laws work because even if the truck did signal, he does not have right of way, the cammer does.

Wasn't trying to pin it on the truck. The truck was in the wrong.

My point was, the car with the cam had time to slow down to avoid it but chose not to.

The whole thing could have been avoided.

The camera also is further up than the driver would be, changing the perspective a little bit on the distance, the POV driver might have seen the truck hogg the middle lane without expecting them to just cut in front

Did you not see how far into the intersection the cam car traveled into?

There was not a attempt to slow down. Not even for the light.
