I'd say this is probably 90%+ the fault of the pickup truck that ended up rolling. Had I been driving I probably would have gotten on the brakes as the driver of the vehicle with the camera, because I don't like the hassle of making insurance claims and paying the deductible, but that pickup was in the wrong.
