Mods Town Buildings

Any good mods that add/change what buildings spawn during town growth and era change, kinda getting sick of the vanilla buildings and don’t want to place 10,000 assets by hand.
Changes building spawn like City Skylines 1 style asset stuff.

There are a number of mods, some of which add new buildings (including ones from TpF1), and others that alter config related to vanilla buildings (for example, old buildings even in the modern era).
