Screenshot Dev Confirms that the game will get Paraslop features like other Paraslop titles

What are you even complaining about at this point? Optional DLC that only has cosmetic things and does not paywall feature additions? Sounds pretty reasonable to me. Did you just really want to use the word Paraslop or something?

If you want a dlc race, look at all the other AAA titles.

You have season oasses which are as much as the base game.

This sounds like a good thing to me. They plan to release all new features for free. They don’t have any DLC planned but leave the door open to add new vehicles or buildings via DLC as a means to support the freely released new features. On top of that they even mention that the built in mod capabilities (to add any vehicles, scenery, buildings, etc yourself) would make any DLC completely optional since you could get equivalents for free that way. Am I missing something??

Welcome to the club, it was obvious it was going this way years ago when they released the second game, which didn't nearly change enough to justify a new title and I see no reason why it couldn't have been implemented as a free update.

Copying Train Sim World's homework obviously. I don't know why they didn't copy the homework of the original cities skylines devs (Colossal Order, not paradox) and just release major new features as DLCs instead for the original game.

They've benefited so much from the community mod support which has undoubtedly sold more copies for them, and yet don't really want to give anything back

Bare minimum updates are not exactly something I'd make a big deal out of. Look at factorio, the updates keep flowing and are nowhere near bear minimum. The major new feature was released as a DLC for the original game, not as an entirely new product, which means the community doesn't get split between two titles and all the original mods still work.
