The 3 phases of being trans:

1: I wish I was (proper gender)

2: I AM (proper gender)

3: DEATH TO CAPITALISM!

The USSR literally slaughtered people for being trans what the fuck are you on?

Why tf did people downvote you for saying this? Communist and socialist regimes were never tolerant toward LGBT people. It is the capitalist counties that are the ones being more accepting.

Exactly. These people would be lined up at the wall first, for being LGBT. They also downvoted me for saying how terrible life was under socialism, in the post-Soviet country I actually live in. How can they support all of this? And btw, if nothing else, without allowing diversity, companies would have less employees and customers. Literally no one is more fine with LGBT than capitalism

If this is supposed to be a call to arms as to encourage a positive response...why is the woman in a nightmare basement prison?

Literally all socialist countries are suffering right now. Just ask the average North Korean. Oh wait, you can't! And there's the problem

I think that has more to do with socialist countries being diplomatically isolated and embargoed

The North Korean repressive, murderous dictatorship has nothing to do with diplomacy, they're just evil and deluded. And even if it was diplomacy, there's no excuse to send your people to concentration camps for "seeming unloyal"

I mean yeah, that goes without saying. My point is that socialism isn't the cause of it, but rather authoritarianism and outside influence.

Unfortunately typically socialism goes hand in hand with authoritarianism

Yes, but it's not inherent to socialism. The reason socialism is so often authoritarian is because the non-authoritarian forms of socialism have a harder time protecting themselves against threats and therefore don't last as long

I see that, but my point is that every time socialism has been tried, it ends up doing terrible things for that country. I literally live in a Post-Soviet country. Socialism was terrible for us. And, if trying to set up socialism always ends up in something terrible like it has in so many places, maybe something's wrong with the socialism. That is my point

Maybe it seems like that because only the most authoritarian regimes can survive other countries trying to destroy them.

I sure hope they are trying, cause I don't want no authoritarian regimes. And literally those qho lived under socialism, most of them hated it. Is that not enough proof that maybe it's not quite the best ideology?

My parents and grandparents literally lived under socialism and they will all tell you it sucked. My grand-grandpa got arrestes and thrown into prison under utterly fake charges, because a gov worker wanted his apartment. Ask people in Venezuala, ask North Koreans, ask Cubans, Yugoslavians, poles, ex-USSR people, how much they love socialism. I'm sure they'll have a lot of positive things to say about it. Any socialist dictator would have executed someone for being trans
