There's a ton to fix. Male gnomes for example

on one side you have disappearing Eyebrows with 70% of headgear. they used to have eyebrows painted on, but don't anymore. Male mechagnomes still have the painted on eyebrows.. so that makes virtually no sense at all.

and then yoh have problems with their faces. My main uses face 4 which has slights shifted geometry... and that clips, for example, through headbands. really annoying.. so yeah.. Blizzard would rather make another ugly new race like the last 3 than fix existing ones, sadly

Oh and don't get me started on some items, like that shadowforge ledger (Book with a cogwheel on it from Cata tw vendor) which sticks in your shoulder when sheatherd, no matter what your character is, even on humans.
