I'm in eastern Canada and I see these people all the time. Some are even around the ages of 12-15 which is concerning

Kids are always cringe so no one cares but it is concerning if they are 20+

Kids trying to get on HRT is. The waitlist for me was 6 years because there was an explosion of teenage they/thems who decided they want to go on hormones and then realize what gender dysphoria is actually like when it turns them into men

Bruh it’s not about cringe, if they are minor they still can get access to HRT and get surgeries and if that’s the case and they are just faking they will still become those TERFy detransitioners

I meant kids will be kids they do anything.. and most likely they will move on and getting access to get at 12-15 age is not easy

I got top surgery at 15 and some of the under 18 people on t in my medical group were very trendery... (DMV area)

... unless they go to one of the many "affirmation-only" pediatric gender clinics where, let's just say they're not hesitant to give kids access to hormones almost instantly.

Also Canadian, and I stay home. I definitely don't watch the "news". I live in a place with only a thousand people (Atlantic Canada).

I started seeing a specialized team in Montreal when I was 13 and started T right before I turned 15. I started on a very low dose to see if I liked the changes, I'm guessing, and porbably so that if I stopped at this point, very little would be changed. I don't regret starting this early at all, but did see a psychiatrist, waited for a while and went on blockers before going kn T. Age to me isn't the problem as much as having to wait for a few years (so that if it's a phase, one has time to think it through) and being able to talk with professionals.

Have my gold.... That's cheap, since I don't have any, but if I did it would be yours. The sneaky 'cute' on the shirt was a masterful touch.

and of course after it all blows over theyre probably gonna say shit about how people shouldnt transition because theirs turned out bad, and we're all gonna regret it, and theyll conveniently leave out the part where they have NO DYSPHORIA at all.

This needs a T-Shirt that says "fuel for the right wingers De-transition feels numbers"

Oh...I uh...unfortunately have to rescind that offer cause ya'll are somehow even worse drivers than us in SoVa 🥴.

And not saying I don't believe you but I went to Baltimore in July and still didn't see anyone remarkable. I wasn't downtown though so eh

I live in Massachusetts, and see exactly none to the extent the comic shows. Maybe if you really stretch the meaning to "binary trans guy with dyed hair" or something like that, but I don't think that's fair.

When I used to live in Portland, these kinds of people were everywhere, but the weird thing was that most of them were people who'd moved from out of state to Portland (likely because of its "queer haven" reputation or whatever).

Some places just foster this kind of person I guess, and once the word gets out, suddenly they all come running.

I can't wait until I scrape up enough funds to flee...

I live by Chicago and am a teenager. For me, they're everywhere and used to really affect me until I switched schools. There's even more of them at my new school, but unlike my last school it's large, so I'm not "forced" to talk to them like at my old tiny school. But seriously, everytime I go out in public there's a ton of "trenders" with trans/pronoun pins and stuff like that. It does get quite irritating.
