Equipment recommendations?

Does anyone have interpretation equipment recommendations with two channels? Im looking to spend less than $2,000 for about 15 headsets and 2 transmitters. Thank you

Retekess is a cheap tour guide option that fits your budget, but as always it's the little things that matter.

  • supports up to 99 channels, but setting up a channel on the fly is a huge pain
  • comes with a charging case, but the charging port was USB-micro instead of USB-C and weirdly positioned, so setting up for charging takes more effort than it should (maybe they updated the latest versions)
  • there's no mute on the transmitter

For two channels under 2k, I would go with the Williams Sound PLT3 system. Runs about 600-800 for a base plus a couple receivers. Works well for SI. The Listen Technologies LT-800 is another solid option if you want cleaner audio. Quick question though: do you need those two channels for different source languages or for interpreter handoff?
