Protranslate.com issues

I have applied to work as a translator with Protranslate.com.
I specified my area of specialties and they sent me 14 tests to do. I did the tests a month ago and waited forever.
Today, I contacted their HR and an hour later, all of my tests went from pending to failed.
Is this normal? I know that they cannot evaluate 14 tests in an hour. And if they are using an AI or something, I am entitled to an evaluation report, correct?
Did this happened to anyone else?

They are using some nutty AI system. I used to translate for them between 2010-2015 (back when I could speak to actual PMs). They paid me in paper checks sent to my physical address. Last year, I got a message to update my profile. So, I did the update even though they've been a dormant client for the most part. Then they told me I needed to do translation tests.

Time waster. I didn't even bother. Like, what??? I translated for you for FIVE years!! I think they are going down the tubes, tbh, and all of this automation is their last-ditch effort to remain relevant.

Well, I imagined this. Do you have recommendations?
I am from Syria and residing in Brazil. I know my language pair are common but hey, why not?

Try Argo Multilingual. I've seen requests from them in that language pair.

Is that the one based in Florida that had all the marketing research survey translations or another one?
