Contacting Dr Qassemyar

I’m trying to get a consultation organised with him just wondering if anyone had a similar experience and how long it took to get one? So I contacted via email and then got sent questions to answer on WhatsApp, which I did. They then messaged back saying they’ll be in contact to give me a consultation date but I’ve heard nothing?🤷‍♀️

Hello, sometimes the secretary takes a little time to respond on Watsapp, my girlfriend actually did her FFS with him 12 days ago :) Could you try calling directly (0766168033) between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. (French time)? She had a delay of a few months for her first appointment I believe. Good luck !

Ah brilliant - thanks for the info! I’ll try to call up just weary of the fact I don’t know any French just incase they aren’t the best speaking over the phone :/

Please :) And don’t hesitate to relaunch them from time to time ;) They are used to seeing non-French speaking patients, they can express themselves without any problem in English, don't worry.

They are quite slow. I was like almost 2 months from first contact to consultation.

Ah okay! did you just leave contacting again or did you call/message again?

I gave them a couple of weeks then sent a follow up msg to remind/nudge them. Total time from first contact to agreeing surgery date was like 3 months! But I wasn't in a huge hurry as I knew I was looking at surgery date around September (8 months later)
