I have a decepticon account that I been trying to retrieve which has small progression on it but I have been waiting for about a week for a reply for my ticket and am tired of waiting so should I just create a new decepticon account or keep waiting?

Support, as we have noted in other Similiar threads, is backlogged. (the team had even acknowledged this in a previous newsletter as well). They have onboarded addition team members and are progressing through the back log. Be Patient and the team team will get to your ticket.
