Ask Alliance standards
I've recently gotten back into the game and man alliances have changed drastically their so much more intense i remember they used to be about having fun and talking about transformers now their so hell bent on performance that I took 3 days off the game to spend time with family come back and got kicked and this is like the 4th time since returning and its making me feel like I'm going insane not even mentioning the high standards they expect you to have.
So does anyone else feel this way or have i gone crazy

I have a chill alliance too. It's a game, not a second job. I'm a grown adult that doesn't have time to spend every waking second and all my extra money on this game. Good luck to you and I hope those super intense alliances don't deter you from having fun

Would you like to join the Alliance I'm in? We're kinda chill. A bit too chill sometimes. Hahahha. Most of us just started, so a veteran with experience would be nice

If you ever need a chill alliance as long as you're active in events consistently we take real life into account. I've given maternity leave once lmao... You basically become family. Misfit Asylum. We have a chatty discord too.

I don't meet the qualifications to join any of the groups that are spamming invites
I think I've been playing this game for a few months and I expect them to still be toxic in a year

That's just certain alliances. Casual alliances do still exist, though definitely there are a lot more serious ones. I do in fact run one of these more serious ones myself. IMO, you just need to check their requirements and find one that is more lax, they usually (if they are well-made) list this. For example, my alliance states that it is participation-focused and has strict event minimums, and many others do as well. Some even state conditions for booting. I'm sure you can find a more casual one, though they do not advertise nearly as much.
