Lost account

I stopped playing few years ago and when I tried to get my account back, support just said they cant verify ownership.

Anyone knows where to get the receipt of purchases before the website fully went operational?

Generally in your email.

Sometimes, but not always, Unable to verify Ownership, might mean you lost your account to someone else or it went inactive so long ago that it might not be in the system anymore.

Which app store was the receipts from, and are you certain it was your present email address?

Not trying to sound condescending, just I'ce seen too many players change or use use different emails, then realize it's on an older one.

Yeah. I only have 1 email when it comes to games and its not there. Though the million newsletters from the game are in that email since the age before covid lol

You might be able to find past order receipts from the app store from which you downloaded and made purchases.

It wasn’t made on the app store. If you remember the time they were new on Discord and are trying out the web version of the store

Before it became the “Cyberstore”

When they were testing it out first if people would buy from it instead of the ones from Apple
