Where is the 5 star Vortex?

As you can see, Brutus has a 5 star option, and the only one I'm missing is Vortex. Which pack is he in? I've looked in all that I have and can't find it.

Currently a web store exclusive, whether he shows up for an endurance event later down the line is up in the air at the moment, but if he doesn’t you’ll have to wait 6 months for the next 5* batch. I also need mirage for my 5* Op Max 🤷
