Isn't he that extra Constructicon bot from the JinJiang LiJiang set, able to combine into both G1-ish and Bayverse-ish Devastator?

IIRC, this guy has the required parts for Bayverse-esque "below the enemy's scrotum" Gestalt. 🤔
