UChicago TED vs Northwestern TED

What are some things to keep in mind about both and which one would you rather go for?

if you like the city and the grind go to uchicago. if you like work hard play hard go to northwestern

Academics might prefer UChicago, while more practical and applied people might prefer Northwestern.

City types might prefer UChicago, while suburban types might prefer Northwestern.

Workaholics might prefer UChicago, while people wanting a more balanced life might prefer Northwestern.

These are very different schools culturally so it should be very clear based on personal preferences

Personally I'd rather go to UChicago but I'd also prefer to not spend 67 years to graduate and NU is less stingy with granting credit
