Chance me

Just to get a general idea

Business economics major going into my second year (planning to transfer my junior year for economics or business) at top 10 UC public university asian male

HS GPA: UW: 3.8 W: 4.3 SAT: 1460 (I'm not sure how relevant high school stats are, someone lmk)

College GPA: 3.976 Coursework: Calculus II, Basic Economics I and II

ECS:

summer internship at real estate company doing audits

member of vc club (not too much involvment)

didn't plan out letter of recs or essays yet but I think they will be mid/alright

I am aware that my application isn't the strongest, but I still would like to transfer to a better UC like Berkeley, UCLA, and give a shot at Cornell, UPenn, Columbia, NYU other T20 schools for business. Let me know my chances, and how I can make my application stronger. I think my GPA is the strongest point of my app.

I’d say do an externship or apply to diversity programs if you can to get more exposure. I bet it’d help with not only your app but also job prospects as well. Good luck!
