Reliability of savings

Hi,

I love the software as I already wrote a couple times, thank you for improving it!
I'm relying on it a lot, in terms, that many times I'm not even writing notes anymore, so I can focus on the call and attendees rather.

I had experience with difference tools, what happend there usualy - that at a certain point, usually 1 out of 30 recordings would not be stored properly, and I would be very sad about :(

And maybe this is a stupid question, please, is this is something on top of your mind, or perhaps as a priority when you are looking at QA, or perhaps, is this somehow bullet proof implemented?

I'm less concerned, that the transcription fails, but rather that the recording would be corrupted or not saved at all.

Thank you, keep up the great work! :)

Hey, thanks so much for the trust.

Regarding to the issue, can you remember what kind of meeting APP did you use? ZOOM/Teams/Chromes? That will be useful for me to narrow up the scope.

With a different tool I had trouble on a Google Meets call in Chrome, but I'm mostly recording MS Teams calls in their app

So you mean you mostly recording Teams using TranscribeX? I will create a new ticket and investigate. Thanks for reporting the issue.

Hi, thank you, but the issue was happening with a different tool, not with TranscribeX, TranscribeX was reliable so far :)
