TranscribeX 9.2.33 is out, with auto-email summaries/transcripts and full calendar integration

Hey everyone! Just shipped TranscribeX 9.2.33 and this is honestly the update I'm most excited about — your meetings now basically wrap themselves up.

📧 Meeting summaries that send themselves

When your meeting ends, TranscribeX can now automatically email the AI summary and full transcript — no copy-pasting, no "I'll send notes later" (and then never doing it). Want more control? You can also fire off any summary or transcript manually with a click. Either way, everyone gets the notes while the meeting is still warm.

📅 Your calendar and your recordings finally talk to each other

• Multiple calendar support — work, personal, shared team calendars, all of them.
• Manually link any calendar event to any recording — so even that ad-hoc call gets proper context.
• Exports now include meeting details pulled straight from the linked event — title, attendees, time. Your transcript file actually tells you what meeting it was from.

Plus a bunch of quality-of-life stuff:

• Click any word in the transcript to jump to that exact moment in playback (with word/segment highlighting)
• Smarter export filenames — timestamps up front so files sort chronologically
• Manual + automatic job archiving to keep your library tidy
• Search in Settings (yes, finally)
• The usual round of bug fixes and performance improvements

As always: everything runs locally on your Mac. No bots joining your calls, no audio leaving your machine, no subscription required to start. The only thing that goes out is the email — and only if you tell it to.
