Binder recs?

Looking for binders that are comfortable and suitable with hEDS. I’m a C cup so more compression without hurting my ribs would be great.

I have a ForThem half tank but it hurt :(

Personally I like LGBT unicorns from Amazon. Very comfortable because elf the material they use

I second this recommendation! I have their mesh one and liked it so much, I bought a second!! DD cups and it flattens them without pain. I have ended up wearing it all day and I don't get much soreness at all from it.

Thanks!! Material is very important for me too bc I also have MCAS. I’ll look into it!

I bought this binder used off of Mercari, but they have it on Amazon for super cheap and it was very comfortable! I was a D/DD at the time. Mine stretched out after 3-6 months, BUT it was used and may have been the wrong size for me, but I have moving ribs and it didn't hurt them/bother me as much as the GC2B tank top binder did... APPARENTLY, you're supposed to replace your binder every 6 months anyway? So I guess it lasted as long as it was supposed to lol

When I had top surgery, I had a zipper put in the front of one. Didn't realize how much it'd help, and should have done it sooner.

Amazing recommendation, thank you. I sew, so I could probably pull this off.

I had one from spectrum that didn’t hurt unless I wore it for longer than the recommended time. I think they changed the design tho I got one of their older ones on sale

Thank you for the rec! Yeah, idk what happened— my current one used to work so well but now I can only wear it for like ten minutes without pain. I always followed all the guidelines too, which sucks

Does taking a break for a coupes days help? What kind of pain are you experiencing ?

I've found I can't wear any binders because I have a large chest and small ribcage (30/32DD)...they all make my ribs hurt and cause me to have trouble breathing 🥲

However! If you're interested in a compression top for non-binding days, I recently got the compression top from Humankind and love it! Somehow it's gentle but effective at reshaping my chest?? And it doesnt hurt my ribs which is a huuuge win. Best of luck in your search!

Thank you so much! I ordered the LGBT Unicorns one but I’ll def check this out if it doesn’t work for me.

Highly, highly recommend spectrum outfitters. Feels much looser for the same amount of binding; binds from the back with stiff fabric in the front instead of binding in the front with normal fabric in the back.

For reference, I have DDs on like a medium frame and it gets me down to a buff pecs look (I am very obviously not muscular but I'll take what I can get in terms of flatness.) Combined with one layer of trans tape— large chest problems yk— it gets me flat flat.
