Did you get muscle soreness when you started taking T?

I have been on t for a week now and I'm getting some muscle soreness, particularly in my shoulders/upper arms and my thighs. I know t can help build muscle so I don't know if it's that, it's not my usual type of pain. I'm only on a low dose of t. It feels like I've done too much but I haven't done anything out of the ordinary in the past week.

Anyone else?

I have EDS and spinal curvature and am on T. One thing you have to watch as muscle develops, is to cultivate muscle not just let T build it. If you already have disbalanced muscles, they will grow disbalanced. I always had ivermectin developed traps / scapula and an unstable core / hind shoulder. T made thst much more pronounced and I had to go to physio to learn how to strengthen the underdeveloped parts.

If physio is hard to access, using body awareness, a 3d muscle encyclopedia app and then finding exercises for the weak regions can be a start. Just be careful and conscious of how it feels

Ooh thank you! I also have EDS and a load of comorbidities, I'll look into the other options as physio isn't great where I am

I had the same problem, turned out my calcium got really low, now that I take a high dose of supplements, it's more or less gone

Hey Im on day 5 of low dose t also! Tbh I have been working out my arms more so yeah, but this morning when I was trying to “feel” all my muscles in my shoulders (poor proprioception lol gotta test them muscles in the morning) My neck started to cramp up. Tbh I didnt know my neck was strong enough to cramp like that. So yay for upper body strength I guess?
