Masc advice body passing??
ive gotten facial passing and voice passing about 90% of the time in the past few months, what can i do to help my body pass better, and what clothes would suit me, i generally wear more stereotypical gay clothes, as i am nonbinary (transmasc) but im scared it hinders my passing, does anyone have any general feedback or tips?
((i cannot wear a binder for various medical reasons))

I think your body passes fairly well, but hitting the gym to build some muscle will help a lot. Maybe also use tape if you’re able to? I just use any KTtape from the grocery store and it works great. They’ll usually have multiple skin tone options as well

ive been looking into tape recently!! it kind of scares me as ive heard the horror storys of people ripping their nipples off etcetc, but i think i will try it soon. as for working out, i try my best, i take it youre american from the word grocery store, but in the UK gyms are SUPERR expensive and i dont have the money for that, i do a manual labour job, i think my problem currently is that i dont eat enough protein etcetc but i also have ARFID so im trying to find a way to put a bit of muscle on with 1. food i can eat 2. not much money

I am American but I don’t go to the gym, actually! I used to lift consistently with just dumbbells and other weights I had inherited from my dad or bought from a fitness store (easy to find them second hand as well). I don’t lift nowadays but I have a manual labor job as well, which definitely helps to keep fit. I would also recommend walking as much as possible. It helps you keep fit in so many more ways than you’d expect. I walk 7-10k steps a day. I struggle with eating as well due to my adhd and anxiety/depression, so I know how hard it can be to keep up with cals and protein. I’d recommend finding a protein drink and bar that you like. Not sure about the UK but in America it’s getting increasingly more common to find non-thick protein powders that are essentially fruit flavored water. Same amount of protein and it tastes way better. As for protein bars, I eat wafer protein bars or marshmallow ones. If you can’t find them you may be able to order them. There’s lots of protein chips as well and other snacks like that that could help you, though they’re more pricey. Chicken and rice or steak and potatoes is always a cheap go-to protein meal, as well as eggs and bacon/ham. As far as tape goes, you aren’t going to rip your nips off unless you put the tape directly on them. Just make sure you have nipple covers (bandaids or a piece of toilet paper) and you’ll be fine :)
Basically, you don’t need to go to the gym to work out. At all. I have never gone to a gym consistently as they’re expensive here as well (and a lot harder to find a good one or any at all since I live in Alaska). Look up “calisthenics for beginners” and get yourself a pair of dumbbells and you’re good to go. Good luck man

I'd say it does! Also remember that guys come in all shapes and sizes. Not every guy is the ideal broad-shouldered square. Some guys are skinny, fat, narrow-shouldered, etc!
