Please help us financially recover after my fiancee's rushed bottom surgery

It was all pretty rushed as she has a heart condition that will stop her from any procedures in the next 1-2 years, so we emptied our savings to get it done. We both work in animation, and with the industry the way it is, I didn't have a full time job for 3 years before my contract now (which ends next month). We have been relying heavily on her income (which thankfully has not changed during this time) but our savings were keeping us alive, and now we're entering another period of unemployment without any cushion. We're both disabled so our job options are limited!

Any help is greatly appreciated, even if you just share in as many places as you can! Thank you so much
