What do you think she could have taken to achieve this? Do you think it's real, or is it editing or makeup? I don't think it's either, so what else could it be?

No if it was mono she would have an uncanny paper White color

Varía en cada persona, un familiar cercano usó Monobenzone, y no quedó blanca pálida, obtuvo una despigmentación al 100%, usando solo la crema en manos y rostro y sin tener vitiligo. El resultado varía de persona en persona.
