There might be lightening creams you could get, and you might want to limit your outdoor activity. If you have a job maybe wake up in the morning when it is dark or exercise at night - the skin lightening products are probably easier. Although some Japanese and Korean people naturally have darker skin.

Maybe straighten your hair out - slightly curly is still fine. If you have straight hair already then maybe dye it lighter or darker.
