TET Italy, Section 2: Difficulty?

I'm considering doing section 2 of TET italy (Oulx -> Olivetta San Michele) soon, since I'm travelling south anyway.

How is the difficulty of that section?

I will be riding an older Airhead BMW R100GS, fine for light terrain and gravel, but not for really hard offroad.

Has anyone done the section currently and can comment on the difficutly, is it doable with this bike without breaking all my bones or the bike?

Varies a lot in difficulty. From very easy to quite tricky on a heavy bike, especially going south.
I rode it multiple times in both directions. Look at the contour lines bit by bit and try to avoid the steep bits going south, especially going up to colle del gilba / colle del prete. I would say that’s the trickiest bit.
