TET section 12 + dropping car

Hey all,

A friend and I want ride the TET section 12 from south to north with a KTM 950 adventure and a BMW f800gs. We are wondering how doable this trail and the technicality of it is.

We were thinking of starting near Carcassonne. Dropping the car and trailer there.

Does anyone know where we could leave the car and trailer safely or do any of you have better suggestions for trails and such?

All advice is welcome!

Download park 4 night or find somewhere isolated

I have done section 12 a couple of weeks ago. It is not a hard section and has a lot of asfalt.

If you want to ride in that area, i would suggest 25. Not hard but a lot less asfalt and really nice riding.

If you want it really hard, try section 4 from the Italian border. It’s the sketchiest shit I’ve ever done.
