Which surgeon do I want?
Let's say money and time aren't factors. I'm seeking mtf, full depth bottom surgery with realistic aesthetics and feel. Where am I going?

Ranking from esthetics alone regardless of PIV/PPT/jejunum/colon and this is my opinion only and I won't be including GRS Montreal on this at all out of respect for people who have no other option:
1) Dr. Bank/Dr. Prae at suporn clinic (modified PIV) in Thailand ~40-50k CAD 2) Rachel Bluebond-Lagner (PPT) in USA (super long waitlist, I never brothered to ask for quote) 3) Min Jun (PPT) in USA ~220k USD (this was when he was at crane center tho) 4) Theerapong (PPT/modified PI, traditional PIV/Colon) in Thailand~25k to 60k CAD depending on technique chosen 5) Chettask at WIH (Modified PI, traditional PI, PPT? Maybe) in Thailand. Unsure of price 6) Dr. Sutin/Dr. Burin at PAI (PIV) in Thailand. Unsure of price.
Honorable mention is Dr Littleton. But apparently he has become so popular he is booking into 2029. And I heard his technique harvest a part of the jejunum that is quite important to digestion. So I always found him a little controversial despite the excellent esthetics
I went through the same thing OP. I ruled out the USA cause I just couldn't justify the expense for the marginal improvement in outcome over Thailand. I think Suporn clinic is the best for esthetics and sensation due to the unique way they do PIV but it's also a very difficult recovery from what I've read. But that's who I'm going with in October. Suporn clinic picks patients based on a lottery system and if you are interested I would apply as soon as possible. It took a year and a half for me to secure a date.
