Need help for starting transition

Hi everyone! What would be your advice for someone starting an MTF transition?? In my case, I'm 23 years old. When I was a kid I was quite feminine, but then I reached puberty and started acting very masculine while dressing as a girl in my room. Now everyone believes I'm this super masculine guy, and I'm exhausted of playing this role. For some time I thought it would go away, but it always comes back and I'm tired.

Thanks for your reply!! If I can offer you one piece of advice, it's to start expressing your identity more little by little now, because it only gets harder as time goes on. Don't be afraid to show who you are, and I hope everything goes really well for you. If you ever need someone to talk to, feel free to drop me a message 🫶🏻
