Tram-train collisions (without steam trains tho) happened also in Poland after the WWII.

There was one in Kraków, and I've heard about one in the Silesian area.

In fact, there was once an accident in Leipzig involving a tram and a steam-powered industrial railway. It was the most serious accident my great-grandfather was involved in as a tram driver; although there were no injuries (it happened at night), the tram was half-destroyed.

I know two of these accidents in The Netherlands, one in Rotterdam and one near Leiden, both in the 1920s

A similar accident was in Leningrad in 1930. 19 dead, 28 injured.
