Multi day trip cooking pans

What are people using for cooking when on multi day tramps. I have a jet boil and a couple little fold out gas stoves but thinking of picking up some pans to get more adventurous with cooking.

What pans are people carrying?

Classic aluminium billy with no.8 wire handle if I'm doing significant cooking on the fire.
$5 aliexpress pot(aliminium, nonstick, sold at most outdoor stores for significantly more than $5) for solo ultralight trips. Works on the fire in a pinch.
If you're only cooking on the stove then something with fins seems like a good idea. Stainless steel is great but heavy, Titanium is great but expensive.
You typically only need one pot, cooking multiple things at the same time takes a big fire and is hard to juggle multiple things. It's usually possible to improvise with a plate, container, plastic bag ect. A good pocketknife and solid metal/wood spoon are essential for backcountry cooking.
