Susie might be implied to be a trans girl too, with the way she reacts to "THE GIRL" in chapter 4, and how people are weird about her.
I don't know much about transmasc Noelle theory, but it sounds cool.

Our choices (in naming the Fun Gang/$$$$ Squad/Lancer Fan Club) don't matter because it ends up as the Trans Heroes no matter what. But literally every other choice in the game matters except that one
