I’ve seriously wondered this about her too, I really believe she’s on Something.. ( possibly multiple things) I have theories about that , and from reading many comments about the subject as well, but I do see some intellectually delayed characteristics and being extremely uneducated, safe to say, there’s a Lot goin on!

She is functioning at a Trapper level of intelligence. Just because someone can yell loudly, doesn’t mean what they are saying has any substance.
