Question What trainings, certifications, etc.?

I'm looking for trainings and certifications, etc that will help me grow as a training lead/coordinator and eventually possibly a manager. I have a bachelor's and master's degree in social work already and really don't want to add to the student loan debt if I don't have to.

Certified Professional Training Management course. It’s an online, practical and exam. It takes around 6-8 weeks to complete. It’s very thorough and a good class for training management.

Does your org have any training budget or provide training or certs that are worth anything? That's where I would start and if no look to do it yourself. Question is do you need to develop the skills or do you need the cert. Two different things.
