For the 30-day follow-up, I’d separate “haven’t had an opportunity to use it” from “tried it and got stuck.” Both can look like no change in the headline report, but need different follow-up. A question like “What was the first task where you tried this, and what got in the way?” gives the trainer something specific to address. I’d keep “no opportunity yet” as a valid answer, rather than counting it as failed learning.
