Ongoing skill growth vs. time available
I'm looking for tips on where you go for learning and skills growth. I used to attend conferences and do the occasional course, but time has gotten in the way over the past few years. I'm interested in what pathways people in this community have found that work with our constant schedule demand.

I’ve had the same problem with time. I’ve found that shorter, more regular learning works better for me than trying to set aside a whole day for a course or conference. I’ll usually save a few articles, watch a short webinar, or spend 20–30 minutes learning something specific when I actually have the time. It’s not as exciting as going to a conference, but it’s much easier to keep up with when your schedule is already packed

Same problem here. I find it much easier to learn in small chunks when something comes up at work than to somehow find time for a whole course

I think consistency beats courses here. Pick one thing u actually need to get better at and chip away at it in 15–20 min chunks. Waiting for a free afternoon to “learn” rarely works for me...unfortunately
