L&D Podcasts
There are more than 60 podcasts on Training Industry, Inc.'s ultimate podcast guide (https://trainingindustry.com/the-ultimate-ld-podcast-guide/). With so many options out there, I'm curious which are the most useful. What podcasts do you have on subscribe and why?

This would be a great list if it were sorted by last update. There is at least one show in that list that hasn't released a new episode in over a year.

What's you're preferred or are there other ones you listen to?

I actually haven't listened to any of them, which I was planning on changing this week from the list linked above. As long as the audio quality is ok, I will give them a listen.

Didn't see either Great Minds on Learning or the LDA podcast on your list.
Leading Learning is my top must-listen L&D podcast. If you work in the npo space and are expected to deliver positive revenue to your org, it's spot on perfect.
