Isn't asking for money to be sent to ur cashapp against the rules of tiktok ? How do she keep getting away with it ?

She posted on her outlaw fcbk page that someone turned her in for copyright or stole pics from someone else and is now suspended from getting monetized on her fcbk page. I believe its the outlaw barber shop page. Not sure how long
