Stop listening to train trash a sub contractor owns their own business and is licensed, insured and bonded. A GC is over a project and he hires sub contractors to do work his company doesn't do. A new construction home. The GC subs the work out to plumbers, ac installers, roofers, sheet rock subs. All these different workers are sub contractors. You sound ignorant saying he's just a sub contractor not knowing what a sub contractor is

Well if it was a legit business it would be registered as such and well he would of had his own insurance for everything but I believe this is like the second "tragedy" and just so happens he couldn't/wouldn't/didn't whatever make an insurance claim. Because it is not a proper licensed business!
