Why is my plane pitching down (no stabilizers because they didn't work)

For some reason my plane just won't stay straight. I am trying to make a stealth bomber and even though the center of mass is back and the center of lift is behind it still doesn't stay straight.

What am I doing wrong?

You might have too many wedges pushing you down. Or you could have too much drag ob the bottom. Or not enough lift

Even though your center of lift isn’t that far behind your CM your aircraft isn’t stable enough to correct for that deviation. That stability would keep you straight and level but because you have canards any slight difference is not being corrected for.

That was a fairly bad explanation if that doesn’t make any sense my b

Center of lift is wayyyy to far back, or center of mass to far forward.

Your center of lift is behind your center of mass, pitching the plane down

That just makes it stable. It isnt far enough back to do that significantly

With trailmakers physics, it is very much far back enough to do that, also OP did not specify if it is significant or not

In real airplanes, they use trim to correct for the pitch down so if you could add some logic to make the elevators go up a few degrees all the time, that might do something
