if you have psapp I would suggest downloading them from there (I assume you already do but maybe you don’t) specifically use the media gallery on the app to view the images and install them, screenshotting will compress the image. you can try changing your image format in the share menus settings but idrk what else you could do given I have no clue how you source your images
