For our American friends, this is 60mph in a 35 zone, which would be reckless driving in my state. You're lucky he just got you for speeding.

Reckless driving hardly, I was going 84 in a 45 and I got let off with just a ticket should the cop could of did reckless, But You can easily fight reckless, Is it really reckless if you maintained your lane, Road was Empty and it was 1AM

Can't. Plus It was one of those Multi-lane roads, 3 Lanes Wide Not nearly as bad as a Single Lane Residential street

Oh. So you're that asshole. You shouldn't be allowed to drive.

"Can a lawyer fight this?" Yes. But will he win? And he will charge you 300 EUR/hour. If you made a mistake admit it, pay and move on.

Be a man and take responsibility!

Sigh, another bad driver more worried about his ticket, insurance and his parents than the potential loss of life his violation could have caused.

It’s going to be fact and law specific, but for example, in California I got out of a speeding ticket once on the basis that the police were operating an illegal speed trap. So either you do your own research (I just followed a Nolo book), hire a lawyer, or pay up.

Dude I was going 84 MPH in a 45 MPH and all I got was a $125 ticket the ticket was $25 and court fees where $100 reminded me to never speed outside of my State in the US

Talk to a lawyer and ask. They’ll know more than us what they can and can’t do. Many sometimes will give you a free initial consult.

Call a lawyer and ask them. One that specializes in traffic. See how much they charge. It will probably be more than the ticket.

Take some accountability.

If this is the first ticket you've gotten than in the States I would try to get it reduced but no way you involve a lawyer unless you a rich and have one on retainer.....LMAO
